## Covid-19 is tough on all of us | Mental Health help

In this installment of "**[Coping During COVID-19](https://www.psychcongress.com/psych-topics/coping-during-covid-19)**," *Psych Congress* cochair Charles Raison, MD, shares his thoughts on fear in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Raison is Director of Research on Spiritual Health for Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Coping During COVID-19" is a new initiative designed to provide content and connection to mental health clinicians during the global pandemic.
