For people who are receiving these prescriptions, our prescriptions are being mailed to you.
This is to allow you to take the prescription to whatever pharmacy may have the medication that you need.

  • You are advised to call your pharmacy first before taking your prescription in.
  • If your pharmacy does not have the prescription, then you will need to call around and find a pharmacy that does have your medication, then take the paper prescription to that pharmacy.

  • Pharmacies will not transfer these prescriptions to another pharmacy, and so it is less time consuming for you to have the paper prescriptions versus having the prescriptions being sent in electronically.

  • I will resume sending these prescriptions electronically once the shortage issues have been resolved.

  • If you have not received your paper prescription when it is due, please call the office to see if it has been mailed. There are some people who are/or have been getting the scripts sent in electronically, these are more so for the medications that have shown less of the shortage issues.

My apologies for this situation and the extra work this is causing. There has been some notice that the shortage issue may continue for a few more months, but hopefully will be resolved soon.
